Welcome to the Cedar Rapids Corvette Club (CRCC). Established in 1963, CRCC is the largest Corvette Club in Iowa!  We will be celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2013 with many events for the membership!

CRCC is dedicated to the joy of Corvette ownership and helping those in need. In addition to our monthly meetings, we enjoy dinner out each month (maybe two), host autocross events at Hawkeye Downs Speedway, drive our Vettes in parades, raise funds for charities, carry homecoming king and queen candidates for local schools, colleges, and universities, dazzle visitors at Lindale Mall during our annual "Cruisin' the Ave Charity Car Show" and generally enjoy life behind the wheel of THE great American sports car - Corvette!

• Tuesday May 14:  "CRCC evening dinner cruise event".  We will be going to the Rainbow Restaurant, 22962 County Road E34 in Anamosa, IA.  We are leaving from the Marion WalMart at 5:30 PM.  Jim would like a head count to notify the restaurant.  Contact Jim at:  Jim

• Thursday May 16:  Cedar Rapids Corvette Club monthly meeting at Pat McGrath Chevyland (East end of facility).  Social time 6:30 PM, meeting at 7:00 PM.  Visitors are more than welcome to attend.

• Sunday May 19:  "Cruisin For Camp Courageous Car Show" at Camp Courageous in Monticello, IA.  For information see:  Camp Courageous CRCC will be cruising to the camp from the Marion WalMart - leaving at 9:30 AM sharp.  This is the day we present our club donation to the camp prior to the auction results.

• Tuesday May 21:  "Eastern Iowa Honor Flight" out of the Cedar Rapids Airport.  Lets have a BIG Cedar Rapids Corvette Club showing to welcome the veterans back at 10:00 PM this evening.

• Wednesday May 22:  Watch the "Mike & Mike & Larry Show" at 7:30 AM on KGAN-TV in Cedar Rapids.  Jason Roberts will be interviewing these guys about CRCC's 50th Anniversary milestone.

• In 2013 the Cedar Rapids Corvette Club plans on having a 50th Anniversary event every month April thru October.  Check the calendar web page for those events marked: "CRCC 50th ANNIVERSARY EVENT!".

• 50th Anniversary Banquet is August 3rd at the CR Marriott - See "Save-the-Date" flyer here:  "Save-the-Date"  Jim would like an early estimate RSVP to have some idea of the number of members attending for meal planning purposes.  Contact Jim at:  Jim, You're The MAN! or 319-360-8244.  Hotel rooms are available at the Marriott by calling 1-800-396-2163, ask for the Corvette Club room block.  Due date for room reservations is July 22, 2013.  The fantastic meal for the evening is beef tenderloin and chicken with all the trimmings.  Meal cost is $25 per current 2013 CRCC member and $50 per past member.  Meal cost MUST be prepaid - NO surprise attendance the night of the banquet.  Meal reservation MUST be post marked no later than July 20, 2013.  Meal reservation form on second page of flyer here:  Meal Reservation There will be a cash bar.
